Vol. 2, Ep. 1, "God's Mercy is No Bull"

That's right friends, Vatican You is back. And to get things started off right, we're spending a couple of shows delving into Pope Francis' "papal bull" inaugurating this Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, Misericordiae Vultus ('The Face of Mercy'.)  But as we all know, "God's Mercy is No Bull"!  In addition to encountering the Holy Father's intentional connection between this Year of Mercy and Vatican II, we look for answers to these questions:

• Why is it called a "papal bull"?
